"Insured my work car through them. Everything seemed fine until I realized they left me uninsured for over a month. They sent a letter notifying me of ‘auto renew’ which meant ‘automobile insurance renewal’ not ‘automatically renewed’ which I mistakenly assumed. Had a busy col of weeks and didn’t spend enough time looking at the letter. Ok, my mistake. But rather than call me or email me or text me, they just dropped my insurance and left me uninsured for a month. When I called to reinstate the policy, they MORE THAN DOUBLED the premium and told me it would be a mark on my insurance for 3 years. Immediately found new insurance and canceled with them. Also, their front end staff person…does not seem very attentive or responsive. Took a while to get her attention and her attitude wasn’t what I would characterize as friendly and helpful There are tons of State Farm offices out there. Choose a different one"
